Group Financial & Management Accountant

As the Group Financial & Management Accountant, you will play a key role in group reporting, management accounting, governance, and strategic financial support while working alongside a high-performing finance team in a dynamic, growth-focused environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and deliver accurate group financial and management reports within strict reporting deadlines.
• Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis to support commercial decision-making.
• Support BBBEE reporting and ensure compliance with applicable reporting requirements.
• Assist with tax reporting and ensure adherence to statutory obligations.
• Contribute to SOX compliance initiatives and strengthen internal financial controls.
• Analyse financial performance, identify trends, and provide meaningful business insights.
• Collaborate with operational teams to improve financial processes and reporting efficiencies.
• Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders and communicate financial information effectively.

• Qualified CA(SA) with a strong academic track record.
• 3+ years' post-articles experience within a corporate finance environment.
• Management accounting and group financial reporting experience.
• Exposure to BBBEE reporting, SOX compliance, and taxation.
• Strong commercial acumen with excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
