Maintaining high property standards across the portfolio ✅ Requirements: ✔️ Property or Facilities Management experience 3-5 Years essential in industry ✔️ Strong maintenance and project management skills ✔️ Budgeting and contractor management experience ✔️ Excellent leadership and communication skills ✔️ Must reside in Cape Town ✔️ Valid driver's license ?
