PACKAGE • Salary: R12,000 – R15,000 DOE • Live-in position ROLE OVERVIEW The Head Therapist will oversee the wellness offering at a luxury lodge, ensuring a high standard of spa and holistic treatments while delivering an exceptional guest experience. A strong background in wellness and a passion for guest care is preferred. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES • Deliver a range of professional spa and wellness treatments • Oversee daily spa operations and treatment scheduling • Ensure consistent high standards of guest service and experience • Maintain treatment rooms, spa areas and equipment to luxury standards • Support and guide junior therapists where required • Manage guest consultations and personalised wellness recommendations • Ensure hygiene, safety and operational standards are upheld • Assist with stock control, product usage and basic spa administration • Promote a calm, professional and welcoming wellness environment REQUIREMENTS • Previous experience as a Spa Therapist, preferably in a luxury lodge or hospitality environment • Strong background in wellness and holistic therapies preferred • Relevant beauty or spa therapy qualification • Excellent guest relations and communication skills • Ability to work independently in a remote lodge environment • Strong attention to detail and professional presentation • Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends when required PERSONAL ATTRIBUTES • Passionate about wellness and guest wellbeing • Calm, warm and professional approach • Self-motivated and proactive • Strong attention to detail • Reliable and service-driven • Comfortable working in a remote lodge environment
