Responsibilities

• Manage and coordinate daily operations of the hot rolling mill, ensuring efficiency and productivity .
• Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards .
• Analyze defects and operational problems, recommending corrective actions .
• Oversee the operation and maintenance of machinery, including shears, cooling beds, and conveyors .
• Effectively handle manpower and resources to optimize productivity .

Requirements

1. All must have at least 2 + years work experience at a manufacturing company

2. 20 to 45

3. Able to work in a fast-paced environment
