Responsibilities or duties

The Hot Section Chef will be responsible for preparing quality hot meals while ensuring adherence to food safety standards and kitchen operational procedures.

Qualifications or requirements (e.g., education, skills)

Grade 12 Certificate.

Certificate or Diploma in Food Production or related field.

Experience needed

3–5 years’ experience working in a hot section kitchen environment.

Good understanding of food preparation techniques.
