Salary: R12 000 – R15 000
Live-in position / Accommodation provided

Job Duties:

• Supervise, train, motivate, and manage all housekeeping staff
• Maintain and implement procedures to ensure cleanliness of all hotel areas including rooms, public areas, and outside areas
• Conduct daily meetings and handovers with housekeeping staff
• Manage staff rostering and scheduling
• Conduct monthly stock takes and maintain inventory control
• Assist with guest queries and handle guest complaints professionally
• Ensure high standards of presentation, hygiene, and service delivery at all times

Requirements:

• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in housekeeping management/supervisory role
• Grade 12 essential
• Computer literate
• Formal hospitality qualification/diploma preferred
• Strong leadership and organizational skills
• Polite, friendly, and professional with a strong personality
• Excellent attention to detail
