Responsibilities

• Supervise, train, and schedule housekeeping staff (Room Attendants, Cleaners, Laundry Attendants).
• Inspect guest rooms and public areas to ensure cleanliness standards are met.
• Assign daily tasks to room attendants and monitor their performance.
• Manage inventory of linen, amenities, and cleaning supplies, ensuring adequate stock levels.
• Manage the lost and found process, ensuring items are logged and stored securely.
• Report maintenance issues to the Engineering department and follow up on repairs.
• Address guest requests and complaints related to housekeeping services.
• Train new staff on cleaning procedures, safety protocols, and service standards.
• Prepare shift reports on room statuses, staffing, and incidents.
• Assist in managing housekeeping budgets and controlling costs.
