QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE 

• A Degree in Human Resources or related field (Essential).
• Relevant Honours qualification (Desirable).
• Minimum 6- 8 years HR experience with strong HR operations experience.
• At least 4 -5 years Management experience
• Solid experience in HR operations.
• Project management exposure (advantageous).
• Experience in manufacturing, Automotive or FMCG environment (highly advantageous).
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Experience with HR Information Systems (HRIS).
• Sound knowledge of HR legislation including LRA, BCEA, EE Act.
• Knowledge of Recruitment & Selection best practices.
• EE and BBBEE knowledge and reporting.
