Job Description:

• Workshop management
• Supervise and coordinate daily tasks
• Monitor productivity and quality
• Adhere to housekeeping and standards
• Manage workflow and workshop capacity
• Diagnose and troubleshoot hydraulic system failures
• Oversee overhauls of pumps, motors and valves

Skills & Experience:

• Minimum 5 years’ of Hydraulic experience
• 3 years in supervisory role
• Excellent leadership skills
• Thrive under pressure
• Skilled in Marine Hydraulics

 
Qualification:

• Red seal trade test Fitter/ Hydraulic Fitter/ Mechanical Fitter or Millwwright
