About the Role:

Information and Technology Manager Jobs in Kabwe The Information and Technology Manager will lead the company’s technology department, overseeing IT infrastructure and ensuring alignment of IT strategy with organizational objectives.

This position involves strategic planning, operational management, team leadership, and budget oversight to support Lukanga Water Supply & Sanitation Company Limited’s mission. Key Responsibilities Develop and implement IT strategies that align with company goals.

Manage and maintain IT infrastructure and systems to ensure operational efficiency. Lead and mentor the IT team to achieve departmental and organizational objectives.

Oversee IT budget planning and expenditure control. Ensure compliance with relevant IT policies and standards.

Qualifications and Experience School Certificate (ZAQA certified). BSc in Computer Science (ZAQA certified).

At least five (5) years of relevant experience in a similar IT management role. Full membership of the ICT Association of Zambia (ICTAZ).

A valid driving license is an added advantage. Key Attributes Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage teams effectively.

Proven technical expertise in IT systems and infrastructure. Excellent strategic planning and problem-solving capabilities.

Employment Terms This is a full-time position offered on a fixed-term contract basis. Renewal of the contract will depend on work performance and professional conduct.
