          You will gain valuable exposure across the Human Resources functions while building practical experience in a dynamic retail environment. Working alongside experienced HR professionals, you will support a variety of initiatives across Talent Acquisition, HR Operations, Employee Experience, and Employee Engagement.

What you will love doing
  • Support talent attraction initiatives across our Contact Centre, Showrooms, and Head Office functions.
  • Support onboarding activities to ensure a positive candidate and employee experience.
  • Assist with preparing employee documentation and maintaining employee records.
  • Maintain and update HR systems and databases with accuracy and confidentiality.
  • Support HR and recruitment reporting and assist with the analysis of people-related data.
  • Contribute to employee wellness, engagement, and recognition initiatives.
  • Assist with employee engagement surveys and tracking employee feedback.
  • Support internal communication and employee experience activities.
  • Provide general administrative support and collaborate with stakeholders across the business.

What you'll need to do this role
  • A completed Diploma or Degree (NQF Level 6 or higher) in Human Resources, Industrial Psychology, Psychology, Business Management, or a related field.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint).
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Strong attention to detail and a high level of accuracy.
  • Good planning and organisational skills.
  • The ability to manage competing priorities and meet deadlines.
  • A willingness to learn and develop within a broad Human Resources environment.
