Key Responsibilities for Inventory Controller Jobs in Livingstone The Inventory Controller will play a critical role in maintaining efficient stock management across all departments. This position requires collaboration with operating managers and a proactive approach to inventory control.

Responsibilities include:

• Collecting and consolidating stock reports from all outlets and departments, including Food, Beverage, and General stores.
• Coordinating with Operating Managers to maintain par stock levels for smooth departmental operations.
• Reviewing and adjusting inventory par levels to ensure optimal stock availability.
• Implementing effective systems for receiving, checking, recording, and issuing stock items.
• Supervising and conducting monthly stock takes and audits.
• Overseeing the Receiving and Store functions to ensure accuracy and compliance.
• Preparing regular Food and Beverage cost reports to support financial control.
• Monitoring food wastage and over-reporting, including regular discussions with the Chef.
• Managing consignment stock and its movement under controlled procedures.
• Performing additional duties and special projects as assigned to support the business.
