ENVIRONMENT:
BE responsible for the successful design and implementation of specialised IT audits, aligned with the IT Audit Plan as the next IT Auditor sought by a dynamic Security Solutions provider in Centurion. You will focus on evaluating the adequacy and effectiveness of IT general controls, technology governance, Cybersecurity practices, system implementations, and data-driven controls to support organisational objectives, regulatory compliance, and risk management. The ideal candidate must have a Bachelor’s Degree in Internal Auditing, Accounting, Information Systems, Information Technology, or a related field. NQF 7; Valid Membership of ISACA & be CISA (Certified Information Systems Auditor) – Registered. You also require 7 years’ relevant experience in IT auditing, IT risk, internal audit, or related assurance roles including at least 2 years’ experience with data analytics.

REQUIREMENTS:
Qualifications -
- Bachelor’s Degree in Internal Auditing, Accounting, Information Systems, Information Technology, or a related field. NQF 7.
- Valid Membership of ISACA.
- CISA (Certified Information Systems Auditor) – Registered.
Experience/Skills –
- At least 7 years’ relevant experience in IT auditing, IT risk, internal audit, or related assurance roles.
- Must include at least 2 years’ experience with data analytics.
- Working knowledge and exposure to IT risk assessment methodologies.
- Working knowledge and exposure to COBIT, NIST, and ISO-related standards as well as Cybersecurity principles and emerging cyber risks.
Desirable:
- Exposure to data analytics platforms, particularly Alteryx.
- Experience in continuous auditing or continuous control monitoring.
- Experience in system implementations or technology projects.
