IT Manager/Graphic Designer

We are looking for a proactive and experienced IT Manager/Graphic Designer to lead our organization's technology function. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing IT infrastructure, ensuring system security, supporting business applications, and driving technology initiatives that improve business operations.

Responsibilities or duties

• Manage and maintain the company's IT infrastructure, networks, servers, and business systems.
• Ensure cybersecurity, data protection, system backups, and disaster recovery.
• Provide technical support to staff and oversee IT service delivery.
• Manage hardware, software, and IT vendors.
• Design marketing and corporate materials, including brochures, banners, presentations, social media graphics, and other branding assets.
• Support website updates and digital content where required.
• Develop and enforce IT policies and procedures.

Qualifications or requirements (e.g., education, skills)

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Graphic Design, or a related field.
• Strong knowledge of networking, servers, cybersecurity, cloud technologies, and Microsoft environments.
• Proficiency in graphic design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) or equivalent design tools.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Experience needed

• Minimum of 3 years' relevant IT experience.

• Knowledge of web design and multimedia content creation is an added advantage.
• Relevant professional certifications (e.g., Microsoft, Cisco, ITIL, CompTIA, or CISSP) will be an added advantage.
