Monitor and troubleshoot air conditioning, refrigeration, and heating equipment. Balance air and water treatment systems according to HVAC standards and protocols.

Read and interpret schematics, blueprints, and work plans accurately. Collaborate with the hotel team to maintain a safe and comfortable environment for guests.

Work flexible hours as required to meet operational needs. Qualifications and Experience Full Grade 12 Certificate is mandatory.

A diploma in HVAC and Refrigeration is highly advantageous. Minimum of three years’ hands-on experience as an HVAC Technician with extensive knowledge of HVAC systems.

Strong understanding of air conditioning, refrigeration, heating, and boiler systems. Proficiency in balancing air and water treatment systems in line with industry protocols.

Excellent interpersonal and troubleshooting skills to resolve technical issues efficiently.
