Role Purpose - to support the setup, maintenance, and adoption of Microsoft 365 Copilot agents and business automation, improving operational efficiency and reducing manual administrative workload across the business.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the configuration, testing, and maintenance of Microsoft 365 Copilot agents
- Assist with Power Automate workflows (notifications, reminders, approvals)
- Maintain SharePoint lists and approved content used by automations and Copilot
- Perform testing, basic troubleshooting, and documentation
- Provide first-line user support and assist with adoption
- Ensure adherence to data governance and POPIA requirements
