Key Responsibilities- Clean, validate, and maintain datasets to ensure data accuracy and integrity
- Analyse data to identify trends, anomalies, and business insights
- Design and maintain Power BI dashboards and Excel reports
- Automate reporting processes and standardise data outputs
- Support system testing, deployment, and integration activities
- Collaborate with IT and business teams on data and system improvements
- Prepare monthly performance reports and communicate insights to stakeholders
Job Experience and Skills Required- Grade 12 (NQF Level 4) with a Degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or related field
- 3–5 years’ experience in data analytics or reporting
- Advanced proficiency in:
- SQL
- Power BI
- Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP)
- Strong ability to clean, validate, and analyse datasets
- Ability to translate complex data into actionable insights
