KEY OUTPUTS:
- Provide legal representation to client’s at the District and Regional Court level
- Training & Support of Candidate Attorneys, when needed
- Perform office administration
- Regular updates to clients
- Case / File Management & Court Diary Management
- Maintain accurate records
- Provide legal representation in labour, civil, criminal, maintenance, protection order & divorce matters
- Consultation with clients
- Drafting of pleadings, notices, statements, agreements, opinions, etc
- Billing
- Briefing Counsel, where necessary.
