Our client, a well-established waterproofing company based in Milnerton, Cape Town, is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Quality Supervisor to join their team. This role is ideal for a candidate with 1–2 years of experience in the waterproofing or construction industry who is eager to grow their career in quality assurance and site supervision.
Minimum requirements:
- Matric (Grade 12)
- Relevant qualification in Waterproofing, Building Construction, Civil Construction, or a related field
- 1–2 years' experience in a Quality Supervisor, Site Supervisor, or similar role within the waterproofing or construction industry
- Valid driver's licence and own reliable transport
- Good understanding of waterproofing systems, materials, and application methods
- Ability to conduct site inspections and ensure quality standards are maintained
- Good communication and reporting skills
- Computer literate (MS Office)
- Able to work independently and as part of a team
