Lead Process Engineer

You will step into a position where: Process design is central to project success

Your focus will include: Leading process design and engineering deliverables across projects
Developing and reviewing process flow diagrams, P&IDs, and technical specifications
Providing technical direction and mentorship to junior engineers
Driving process optimisation, design consistency, and best practice
Supporting tendering, proposals, and client engagement from a process perspective
Ensuring designs are practical, efficient, and fit for purpose in real-world conditions
What you bring: A degree in Chemical, Process, or Mechanical Engineering
Extensive experience in process design, ideally within water, wastewater, or related industries
A strong grasp of process modelling, equipment selection, and system integration
Experience leading projects or teams within a consulting, EPC, or engineering environment
