A leading organisation within the mining and logistics environment is seeking a Logistics Admin Controller for a 2-month fixed term contract based in Gauteng.

 The successful candidate will support the logistics and fleet function by providing administrative and operational coordination across transport and fleet activities. This role ensures smooth continuity of logistics operations during a short-term leave period.

 Key Responsibilities

  • Fleet administration and coordination 🚛
  • Logistics scheduling and operational support
  • Vehicle tracking, reporting, and documentation
  • Updating logs and maintaining accurate records
  • Supporting transport and operational teams
  • Ensuring continuity of logistics processes
  • General administrative support within logistics operations

Requirements
  1. ✔ Logistics, Transport or Fleet Administration experience
  2. ✔ Minimum 2+ years relevant experience (junior/semi-skilled level)
  3. ✔ Exposure to logistics or transport coordination
  4. ✔ Mining or heavy industry experience preferred 
  5. ✔ Must be available immediately
  6. ✔ Strong administrative and organisational skills
