What You Will Do

• Plan and send out a fleet of more than 100 heavy trucks every day.
• Watch truck movements live using advanced tracking software.
• Check trailer temperatures all the time to keep food and medicine safe.
• Plan the best long-distance and cross-border routes to save fuel and time.
• Work with the workshop team to fix truck breakdowns quickly.
• Talk to drivers before they leave and when they return to give them instructions and check their trips.
• Check driver logbooks, fuel slips, trip papers, and border documents carefully.
• Manage driver times so trucks do not face long delays at delivery centres.

• A valid Matric (Grade 12) Senior Certificate.
• At least 5 years of experience working with truck fleets.
• Real experience working with fridge trailers and temperature control units.
• Good knowledge of South African roads and SADC cross-border rules.
• The ability to solve problems calmly when trucks break down far away.
• A strong, clear way of speaking to lead and support drivers every day.
