Key Responsibilities: Manage inventory control, stock records, and reconciliations Coordinate purchasing, sales, and logistics arrangements Support supply chain planning, product flow, and order fulfilment Assist with cost calculations, budgeting, and reporting Monitor stock allocation according to demand Provide administrative support to the finance department
Requirements: Strong Excel skills and numerical ability Experience in logistics, supply chain, purchasing, or administration Excellent planning and organisational skills Ability to multitask and work well under pressure Good communication skills (written and verbal) Strong interpersonal skills and a positive attitude Honest, loyal, innovative, and a team player
Additional Information: Bilingual communication skills required Must be available to work every 4th Saturday and rotating public holidays CVs must include 3 contactable references to be considered
