We are seeking an experienced Maintenance & Project Planner to join our team in Cape Town. This role focuses on planning, scheduling, and overseeing maintenance projects to ensure smooth operations across production and plant facilities.
Key Responsibilities:
Plan, coordinate, and execute maintenance projects
Monitor equipment and plant maintenance schedules
Liaise with internal teams and external contractors
Ensure compliance with safety and operational standards
Support continuous improvement initiatives in maintenance processes
Requirements:
Qualification in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent
5–8 years’ experience in maintenance planning, project coordination, or operations support in industrial or manufacturing environments
Strong problem-solving and organizational skills
Ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders
Excellent communication and leadership skills
