Responsibilities or duties
- Oversee daily operations and ensure departmental goals are achieved.
- Develop and implement strategies, policies, and procedures to improve efficiency.
- Lead, mentor, and supervise team members, including performance evaluations.
- Prepare and manage budgets, resource allocation, and cost-control measures.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and prepare regular progress reports.
- Resolve conflicts, handle staff grievances, and foster a positive work culture.
- Liaise with other departments to ensure seamless coordination and communication.
- Represent the organization in meetings with clients, partners, and stakeholders.
- Qualifications or requirements
- School lever/Student graduate
- Good computer skills
- Passionate to work around projects
- Ready to learn new skills
