Responsible for:
Digital Transformation Leadership

  • Lead the phased transition from traditional to digital-first marketing with a clear transformation roadmap
  • Implement marketing automation, CRM systems, and data-driven decision making
  • Build digital capabilities within the team through training, hiring and partnerships
  • Leverage data analytics, AI, and marketing technology to optimize performance
Integrated Marketing Excellence
  • Develop comprehensive brand strategies across BOTH digital (SEO/SEM, social, email, programmatic) AND traditional channels (ATL, BTL, trade marketing, events)
  • Manage total marketing budget with optimal allocation between digital and traditional based on ROI
  • Create omnichannel customer experiences integrating online and offline touchpoints
  • Oversee product launches, packaging, pricing, and promotional campaigns across all channels
Traditional Marketing Foundations
  • Maintain brand consistency and equity across all platforms - digital, print, in-store, and experiential
  • Strengthen relationships with trade partners, retailers, and distributors
  • Continue excellence in brand building, market research, and consumer insights
  • Ensure smooth business continuity during the digital transformation
