This position demands creativity, leadership, and a strong understanding of marketing strategies to expand the station’s reach and client base. Key Responsibilities – Marketing Manager Operate under the guidance of the Radio Station Manager.
Maintain and update a comprehensive contact database for the station. Design and execute innovative promotional campaigns and events that engage audiences and align with client objectives.
Identify and secure clients through programme sponsorships, advertisements, and announcements. Ensure all marketing activities adhere to the station’s quality standards.
Achieve targets set by the supervisor and continuously develop marketing strategies. Maintain existing markets while exploring new opportunities for the institution’s products.
Foster positive client relationships and prepare proposals for donors and partners. Perform additional duties as assigned by supervisors.
Qualifications and Skills – Marketing Manager Proven experience in marketing or a related role. Diploma in Marketing or a relevant field.

Willingness to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required. Programs Manager Position – Join Our Team in Solwezi The Programs Manager will oversee all aspects of radio production at Radio Kabangabanga.
Reporting to the Station Manager, this role involves coordinating content creation, managing production teams, and securing sponsorships to ensure high-quality programming that meets audience and client expectations. Responsibilities – Programs Manager Work closely with the Station Manager to execute programming goals.
Maintain an up-to-date contact database for production purposes. Plan, coordinate, and supervise radio production, including scripting, directing, editing, and sponsorship acquisition.
Manage writers, news gatherers, editors, and other production staff throughout the process. Monitor post-production to ensure accuracy and quality.
Meet performance targets as set by supervisors. Build and sustain strong relationships with clients.
Carry out additional tasks as directed by management. Desired Qualifications – Programs Manager Experience in programming or a similar role.
Diploma in Journalism or a related discipline. Comprehensive knowledge of journalism and radio programming.
Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational abilities. Capability to work efficiently under pressure.
