THE IDEAL CANDIDATE

Must have at least a Grade Twelve certificate

Previous experience or qualifications in any business related field is an added advantage

Must be able to start working immediately

Must be proactive, reliable, and results-driven

Must be able to operate from Lusaka, Kabwe and Kitwe

Good communication and interpersonal skills

Willing to travel within and outside the cities when required

SALARY & BENEFITS

Starting salary during training/probationary period: K2,500

This amount may increase or reduce depending on candidate’s potential

Thereafter, salary will be set and negotiated based on performance

Other benefits will be communicated during engagement

IMPORTANT: Shortlisted candidates might be required to take an assessment test.

Responsibilities

• Market and promote the company’s services and projects
• Identify potential clients and build strong relationships
• Prepare quotations, follow up on leads and close sales
• Assist in coordinating projects and ensuring smooth daily operations
• Liaise with clients, suppliers and contractors
• Support in preparing reports and maintaining records
• Any other duties assigned by management

Skills

• Good communication and interpersonal skills

Qualifications

• Grade Twelve certificate
• Previous experience or qualifications in any business related field is an added advantage
