Key Responsibilities:

  • Fault-find and repair mechanical breakdowns on plant machinery
  • Service and maintain pumps, gearboxes, conveyors, bearings, and drive systems
  • Perform alignment, lubrication, and preventative maintenance
  • Basic welding and fabrication work as required
  • Complete job cards, maintenance logs, and safety documentation
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety standards

Requirements:
  • Qualified Fitter/Millwright (Trade Test / Red Seal) essential
  • Strong mechanical maintenance & troubleshooting experience
  • Industry background in Food/FMCG or heavy industry/mining
  • Willingness to work shifts/standby as required
  • Valid driver's license advantageous
