Ideal Candidate Profile
- CA(SA), CFA, CIMA, BCom Honours, or a related finance qualification
- Experience within Mergers & Acquisitions, Corporate Finance, Transaction Advisory, Investment Banking, Private Equity, or Deal Advisory
- Strong financial modelling and valuation skills
- Advanced Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint proficiency
- Excellent analytical and commercial acumen
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects within a fast-paced environment
- A strategic mindset with a passion for investment and corporate growth
