Plan and execute laboratory and pilot-scale metallurgical test programs, including data analysis, interpretation, and reporting.
Support the installation, commissioning, operation, troubleshooting, and optimization of flotation and related processing equipment at customer sites.
Conduct sampling campaigns, prepare samples for analysis, and accurately record technical test data.
Prepare technical reports, commercial proposals, equipment recommendations, and project documentation within agreed timelines.
Assist with the full lifecycle management of customer projects, including proposal development, test planning, execution, contract support, and final presentations.
Provide technical support to clients by identifying process improvements, resolving operational issues, and recommending innovative solutions.
Ensure compliance with safety standards, operating procedures, and best practices while supporting the development of operating manuals, training materials, and process flowsheets.
Minimum Requirements
National Diploma in Process, Chemical, or Metallurgical Engineering.
Minimum 3 years of relevant metallurgical or mineral processing experience.
Experience executing laboratory and pilot-scale test work campaigns.
Exposure to industrial mineral processing plants, particularly flotation and magnetic separation processes.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
Strong technical reporting, data analysis, and problem-solving skills.
Ability and willingness to travel locally and internationally to customer sites.
