Warehouse Supervisor Jobs in Lusaka – Role Overview The Warehouse Supervisor will report directly to the General Manager and will be responsible for overseeing all stock management processes within the warehouse. This includes ensuring warehouse safety, maintaining high customer service standards, and supervising warehouse personnel.

Key Responsibilities for Warehouse Supervisor Enforce all stock management protocols and procedures within the warehouse environment. Schedule and assign customer orders, accurately recording them in the accounting system.

Ensure customers are invoiced promptly and delivery notes are signed upon collection. Receive, control, and unpack all incoming shipments while managing import protocols.

Coordinate with transporter companies to schedule pickups and deliveries efficiently. Secure all import documentation and ensure compliance with Zambia Revenue Authority (ZRA) procedures.

Maintain warehouse housekeeping, environmental protection, and safety standards. Ensure all warehouse machinery and equipment are properly maintained and operational.

Supervise and support warehouse staff to optimize performance. Perform any additional lawful duties as assigned by the General Manager.

Qualifications and Experience Required for Warehouse Supervisor Full Grade 12 certificate. Diploma in Stock Management and Warehouse Operations.

Active membership with the Zambia Institute of Purchasing and Supply (ZIPS). Proven honesty with no criminal record and verifiable references.

Computer literate with hands-on experience in stock management and accounting software such as Sage. Minimum of two years relevant work experience.

Forklift driving experience is advantageous. Age not exceeding 40 years.

Assistant Accountant Position – Lusaka The Assistant Accountant will report to the Finance Manager and support financial administration and compliance activities within the company. Primary Responsibilities of Assistant Accountant Manage customer and supplier accounts, including invoicing and payments.

Perform monthly reconciliations of debtors, creditors, and bank accounts; maintain petty cash records. Conduct weekly stock cycle counts and biannual stock audits.

Assist in preparing financial reports for management review. Participate in the preparation of year-end audit schedules.

Complete and file statutory returns such as VAT, PAYE, NAPSA, NHIMA, and ERB. Ensure adherence to import laws, regulations, and legal requirements.

Perform other administrative duties as assigned. Qualifications and Experience Required for Assistant Accountant Full Grade 12 certificate.

ZICA licentiate or equivalent qualification. Proficiency with SAGE accounting software.

Demonstrated honesty with no criminal record and verifiable references. Active membership with the Zambia Institute of Chartered Accountants (ZICA).

Minimum of two years relevant experience. Age not exceeding 32 years.
