A leading financial services organisation is seeking a dynamic and client-focused New Business Outbound Consultant to join their team. This contract role is ideal for a solutions-driven graduate who is passionate about delivering an exceptional client experience and supporting clients through the account origination journey.

Key Responsibilities

• Investigate and resolve client queries related to the Account Origination process
• Troubleshoot onboarding issues and identify journey blockers
• Deliver a professional and personalised onboarding experience across multiple channels including calls, web chat, and video
• Support new account applications and ensure accuracy of activations
• Educate clients on banking products and services
• Identify potential upselling opportunities based on client needs
• Ensure compliance with KYC requirements
• Meet turnaround times and productivity targets

Requirements

• Grade 12
• Bachelor of Commerce (BCom) Degree
• Maximum 1-2 years of experience (Please note this is a graduate opportunity)
• Strong communication and administration skills
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Customer-centric mindset with strong problem-solving abilities
