We are currently seeking a Night Auditor to provide exceptional service in our hotel located in the heart of Cape Town CBD. This is a permanent position reporting to the General Manager.

Duties and Responsibilities:

Perform nightly hotel audit procedures
Handle guest check-ins and check-outs
Maintain accurate records of room availability
Handle guest inquiries and resolve issues promptly

Requirements:

Experience in hospitality industry preferred
Strong attention to detail
Excellent communication skills
