Requirements:

• Qualified 3-Phase Installation Electrician.
• Electrical Engineering Diploma (advantageous).
• 3–5 years' experience in fault finding, system integration, and solar installations.
• Computer literacy (MS Office Suite, SAP, ERP systems, and job-specific software).
• Knowledge of production, engineering, sales, and maintenance processes.
• Valid driver's licence.
• Ability to work independently and within a team.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities:

• Provide technical support to ensure reliable and efficient system operation.
• Diagnose and resolve technical faults within agreed service levels.
• Perform root cause analysis (RCA) and implement corrective actions.
• Reduce repeat technical issues through proactive problem solving.
• Provide proactive technical updates and recommendations.
• Plan and coordinate preventative maintenance activities.
• Ensure maintenance plans are executed according to schedule.
• Minimise equipment downtime through effective maintenance planning.
• Support maintenance teams during repairs and servicing.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company standards.
• Maintain maintenance records in line with ISO standards.
• Participate in compliance and HSE audits.
• Monitor and improve compliance audit scores.
• Provide excellent customer service to internal and external stakeholders.
• Resolve customer queries within agreed service level agreements (SLAs).
• Investigate and resolve maintenance-related customer complaints.
• Build and maintain positive client relationships.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives within the maintenance function.
