• Operations and Finance Manager Jobs in Lusaka As the Operations and Finance Manager, you will oversee all operational activities and financial functions across multiple branches.
• You will play a pivotal role in ensuring smooth service delivery, managing budgets, controlling costs, and driving revenue growth.

• Key Responsibilities Manage daily operations to guarantee efficient service delivery across all departments and branches.
• Develop, monitor, and control company budgets to optimize operational costs.
• Analyze financial reports and implement strategies to enhance profitability.
• Authorize and oversee company expenditures in accordance with approved budgets and policies.
• Prepare and coordinate statutory submissions, including ZRA Tax, NAPSA, NHIMA, and other regulatory returns.
• Drive sales by monitoring branch targets and initiating revenue growth activities.
• Lead and motivate teams to achieve operational excellence and high productivity standards.
• Monitor key operational and financial performance indicators and prepare comprehensive management reports.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant legal, financial, and regulatory requirements.
• Develop and implement policies and procedures that improve operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships to uphold high service standards.
• Collaborate closely with senior management to implement business strategies and support organizational growth.
• Qualifications and Experience Required Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, Logistics, Operations Management, or a related field.
• Professional qualifications such as ACCA, CIMA, ZICA, or equivalent are advantageous.
• Minimum of five (5) years of management experience, preferably within courier, logistics, transport, or distribution sectors.
• Proven expertise in financial management, budgeting, cost control, and financial reporting.
• Strong knowledge of statutory compliance requirements including ZRA, NAPSA, NHIMA, and other regulatory bodies.
• Demonstrated ability to lead multidisciplinary teams and manage operations across multiple locations.
• Excellent commercial acumen with a focus on driving profitability and business growth.
• Outstanding leadership, communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• High integrity, accountability, and meticulous attention to detail.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and financial management systems.
