A growing restaurant, artisan bakery and events business is seeking an exceptional Operations Manager to lead daily operations and support its next phase of growth.

Net Salary

MK 1,500,000 – MK 2,500,000 per month

Negotiable based on experience and proven results.

Key Responsibilities

• F&B controls, costing, stock and profitability.
• Leadership of restaurant, kitchen, bakery and events teams.
• Functions, banqueting and reservations.
• Guest experience, service standards and sales growth.

The Ideal Candidate

• 5+ years in hospitality operations, F&B management, restaurant management or banqueting.
• Strong knowledge of food production, stock controls and financial reporting.
• Proven people leadership and commercial ability.
• Hospitality or Business qualification is an added advantage.
