We’re Hiring – Operations Manager (Pest Control, Zambia)
Looking for a dynamic leader to join our team!
As Operations Manager, you’ll oversee pest control service delivery, ensure compliance with ZEMA and ZRA regulations, and drive operational excellence.
What You’ll Do
- Lead daily pest control operations and technician teams
- Ensure compliance with chemical safety and VAT invoicing
- Manage client contracts and deliver top-notch service
- Oversee inventory, fleet logistics, and emergency response
- Support business growth with operational insights
What We’re Looking For
- Degree in Business, Environmental Science, or related field
- 5+ years’ operations management experience (pest control preferred)
- Strong leadership, compliance, and financial skills
