Our Maitland (Cape Town) based client is a leading supplier in the hospitality industry. They are growing and is looking to add an Orders Assistant to their team.
A tech savvy person with strong admin and communication skills able to multi-task using Pastel V19 and What’s App Web will secure.
Requirements:
- Grade 12 / equivalent
- Proficient in MS Office, Pastel v19, what’s app web (non-negotiable)
- 1 years’ experience in admin, processing orders and generating invoices
- Bi-lingual (Eng / Afr)
- Attention to detail
- Good communication and inter-personal skills
- Able to multi-task
Responsibilities:
- Admin duties
- Customer relations
- Receive & respond to messages, queries and orders via phone & what’s app web
- Printing
- Generate invoices
- Filing
- Ad-hoc duties
Working Hours:
- Monday - Friday: 07:00 - 16:00
