We are Hiring: Parts and Workshop Administrator

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Parts Inventory & Stock Control: Tracking, ordering, and issuing parts, lubricants, and consumables. Conducting regular stock counts and maintaining stock levels.
  • Job Card Administration: Opening, updating, and closing service and repair job cards. Recording technician notes and customer requirements.
  • Supplier Coordination: Sourcing quotations, raising orders, and tracking deliveries.
  • Workflow & Scheduling: Booking vehicles, coordinating maintenance schedules, ensuring parts availability.
  • Reporting: Generating reports on parts usage, backorders, and maintenance summaries.

Qualifications

  • A Matric/Grade 12 certificate is essential. Supply Chain or Administration qualifications are advantageous.
  • Valid driver's licence.

Experience

  • 2-3 years in parts administration or workshop coordination.
  • Strong computer literacy, especially in MS Excel.
