The Personal Assistant to provide high-level administrative, organizational, and operational support to the Managing Director. The successful candidate will play an important role in helping the executive manage daily priorities, coordinate business activities, and maintain effective communication across the organization.
The ideal candidate is proactive, detail-oriented, and capable of handling a wide range of responsibilities with minimal supervision. They should be able to manage competing priorities, coordinate multiple projects simultaneously, and maintain absolute confidentiality while working in a dynamic and fast-paced FinTech environment. This role requires exceptional planning, strong interpersonal skills, sound judgment, and the ability to anticipate the needs of the executive to ensure efficiency and productivity.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage the Managing Director's daily schedule, appointments, and business commitments.
Coordinate internal and external meetings and ensure timely follow-up on action items.
Prepare reports, presentations, proposals, and executive correspondence.
Screen calls, emails, and visitors while prioritizing urgent matters.
Organize travel arrangements, accommodation, transportation, and itineraries.
Maintain confidential records and ensure proper document management.
Liaise with senior management, clients, partners, regulators, and external stakeholders.
Support the planning and coordination of executive meetings, board meetings, and company events.
Conduct research and gather information to support business decisions.
Monitor deadlines and ensure assigned tasks are completed promptly.
Assist with expense documentation, procurement requests, and office administration.
Carry out additional responsibilities assigned by the Managing Director.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Secretarial Administration, Management, or a related discipline.
Minimum of 3 years' experience in a Personal Assistant or Executive Assistant role.
Previous experience supporting C-suite executives is an added advantage.
Experience in the FinTech, Financial Services, Banking, or Technology sector is preferred.
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and digital collaboration tools.
Excellent organizational, communication, and coordination skills.
Ability to work under pressure while maintaining accuracy and professionalism.
