Scullery Worker

Key Responsibilities:

• Wash dishes, utensils, pots, and pans
• Keep the kitchen, sinks, and work areas clean and sanitized
• Empty trash and maintain waste disposal areas
• Assist with basic food preparation when required
• Organize and store kitchen equipment properly
• Follow health and safety regulations at all times

Requirements

• Previous experience is an advantage
• Matric passed
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Physically fit and able to stand for long hours
• Reliable and a team player

PizzaMaker

• Prepare pizza dough and ingredients
• Assemble pizzas according to recipes or customer requests
• Bake pizzas in ovens to the correct temperature
• Maintain cleanliness of the kitchen and workstations
• Monitor stock and ensure ingredients are fresh
• Work efficiently during busy periods

Requirements:

• Experience in pizza making or kitchen work is an advantage
• Knowledge of food safety standards
• Ability to work quickly and accurately
• Good teamwork skills
• Passion for food preparation

Bartender

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages
• Mix cocktails according to recipes
• Take customer orders and handle payments
• Maintain cleanliness of the bar area
• Check customer identification where required
• Provide excellent customer service

Requirements:

• Previous bartending experience preferred
• Knowledge of popular drinks and cocktails
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work under pressure
• Honest, reliable, and well-presented
