A Manufacturing Company based in Kabwe/Livingstone has the following vacancies

Responsibilities

Lead and oversee complete sinter plant operations to meet production targets and quality standards, ensuring consistent supply of high-quality sinter to Blast Furnace operations .

Drive operational efficiency through process optimization, yield improvement, and cost reduction initiatives .

Monitor key process parameters such as productivity, coke rate, sinter strength, and fuel consumption .

Implement and sustain best practices in process control, maintenance planning, and reliability engineering .

Lead and develop a high-performing team, including shift operations, engineers, and supervisors .

Requirements

1.All must have atleast 2 +years work experience at a manufacturing company

3 . Able to work in a fast paced environment
