A well-established company based in Germiston is seeking an experienced Supply Chain Manager to lead procurement, inventory, supplier management, import/export, and logistics operations. This role is ideal for a strategic and results-driven professional with strong leadership abilities, supplier management expertise, and a proven track record of driving operational efficiency and supply chain performance in a fast-paced industrial environment Minimum requirements:

• Tertiary qualification in Logistics/Supply Chain preferred
• At least 5 years’ experience in Supply Chain
• 3 – 4 years management experience and Supplier management experience 
• Strong analytical and numerical aptitude
• Sound decisionâmaking in pressured environments
• Excellent planning, organisation, and prioritisation skills
• Strong negotiation and supplier management capability
• High attention to detail and data accuracy
• Problemâsolving and solutionâdriven approach
• Clear, confident communication at all levels
• Ability to operate in a fastâpaced, dynamic environment
