Job Overview:
We are recruiting a Seals Specialist to drive market share growth, technical advisory, and product development within a specialised product range. This role combines technical expertise, training, and client engagement.
Key Responsibilities:

Grow sales and market share of sealing solutions

Provide technical training and product support to staff and customers

Advise on product selection, installation, and troubleshooting

Conduct market and competitor analysis

Identify new business opportunities and product innovations

Support marketing with technical documentation and catalogues

Assist with customer queries, deliveries, and performance optimisation
Minimum Requirements:

5–7 years experience in seals / sealing solutions industry

Strong technical knowledge of seals applications and systems

Qualification in Engineering/Business (advantageous)
