My client, a well-established company based in Stikland, has a vacancy for a Production and Maintenance Supervisor with a minimum of 2- 3 years experience in a similar role to join their team and assist with the day-to-day operations/maintenance. Requirements:

• Valid Forklift License
• Valid Driver's License
• Experience in maintenance (mechanical) and basic repairs
• Experience in production planning
• Experience in stock control and inventory management
• Ability to manage a small team of 5 people
• Own reliable transport
• Strong leadership, organisational, and communication skills
• Basic Electrical Knowledge will be advantageous 

Duties will include, but not be limited to:

• Production planning
• Performing routine maintenance and inspections on machinery, equipment, and facilities, identifying faults, coordinating repairs, maintaining maintenance records, and reporting major issues to management
• Monitoring stock levels, conducting stock counts and inventory audits, managing the receiving and dispatching of goods, maintaining accurate inventory records, and reporting or ordering materials to prevent stock shortages
• Operating a forklift to safely load, unload, transport, and store stock, materials, and equipment.
