Responsibilities: • Supervise and coordinate daily production activities on the workshop floor • Ensure production targets and deadlines are met • Allocate tasks and manage workflow to optimize efficiency • Monitor quality of work and ensure adherence to company standards • Identify and resolve production issues quickly and effectively • Ensure proper use of tools, equipment, and materials • Enforce health and safety standards at all times • Train, guide, and support production staff • Maintain accurate production records and reports • Liaise with management regarding progress, challenges, and resource needs Requirements: • Grade 12 (Matric) • Diploma in Process Engineering or N6 in Engineering or relevant technical qualification (advantageous) • 3–5 years’ experience in a manufacturing or workshop environment • At least 2 years’ experience in a supervisory/foreman role • Experience in vehicle conversions, automotive, or similar industry (advantageous) • Strong leadership and team management skills • Good technical understanding of production processes.
