Production Manager FMCG

Job Purpose

The Production Manager is responsible for planning, directing, coordinating, and optimizing all production activities to ensure safe, efficient, cost-effective, and compliant manufacturing operations within our fastpace FMCG facility inear Gouda, Western Cape. The role is accountable for the achievement of production targets relating to quality, output, OTIF, efficiency, cost control, people performance, and operational excellence.

The Production Manager is responsible for the effective use of human capital, fixed assets, and working capital to meet business objectives while ensuring compliance with company standards, food safety requirements, legal obligations, and customer expectations.

Role Scope

The Production Manager is responsible for the planning, manufacture, and dispatch of products within the allocated production departments or site. The role includes:
