Project Manager - Urgently needed

We are looking for a proven, delivery-focused Senior Project Manager with a strong track record in the insurance or financial services sector. This role is for someone who takes ownership, thrives under pressure, and consistently delivers complex projects in regulated environments. Roles: • End-to-end delivery of high-impact, business-critical projects within an insurance environment • Direct engagement with the CEO and executive leadership to define priorities, scope, and outcomes • Full accountability for project governance, risk, budget, timelines, and delivery quality • Management of cross-functional teams across Operations, IT, Finance, Compliance, Underwriting, and Claims • Identification and resolution of risks, issues, and delivery blockers — before they become problems • Executive-level reporting with clear, data-driven insights and recommendations • Ensuring all initiatives meet regulatory, audit, and compliance requirements • Driving continuous improvement in project execution, discipline, and standards Requirements • 7+ years of proven project management experience, ideally within Insurance or Financial Services • Demonstrated success delivering complex, enterprise-level initiatives • Bachelor’s degree in business, Finance, or related field (BCom preferred) • PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent certification strongly preferred. Salary : R50 000.00 - R 70 000.00 pm
