Background

A reputable cleaning company is inviting applications from suitably qualified and experienced Zambian nationals to fill the following position in its Janitorial and Horticulture Services project in Itezhi-Tezhi.

PROJECT OPERATIONS MANAGER

Minimum Requirements:

• Zambian with a valid National Registration Card (NRC)
• Full Grade 12 School Certificate
• Diploma or Degree in Project Management, Business Administration, or related field
• Minimum 3 years’ proven experience in project management or supervision
• Demonstrated leadership and team management experience
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office/Excel and project management tools
• Strong financial and resource management skills
• Excellent communication and report writing skills
• Age: 25 – 45 years
